Redeye is a versatile dark roasted bean. We actually use a Turkish grind of this bean in our Redeye Gravy, made famous by the Food Network. Dark chocolate, molasses, go juice. A well-balanced, smooth cup with a delicate sweetness that pairs well with your favorite creamer, or even gravy!
